Nancy Smeltzer is Chosen as a 2012 Art Grant Recipient
Mrs. Nancy Smeltzer and her professional quilts have earned a grant from the State Art Council.
She has been quilting since 1981 and is a self proclaimed "button and bead queen of Maryland".
Her quilts are truly works of art with embellisments so full that some of them weight over 25 pounds!
