Sushi chefs are said to be masters of their art. A customer's plate is the canvas on which they compose masterpieces of rice, fish vegetables and exotic seafood like eel and octopus.

But few things are worse than getting bad, poorly prepared sushi, so Patch wants you to help your neighbors find the best sushi spots around.

From July 23 to Aug. 17, we’re asking readers to vote in our poll for their favorite sushi restaurants in Howard County. 

Winners will receive the honor of being named the Readers’ Choice winner in their community.
