The end of October brings out the ghosts and ghouls in all of us, but it also marks the end of National Bullying Prevention month. In our state we are deadly serious about our efforts to engage young people and parents early about the dangers of bullying and we are committed to preventing and addressing all forms of bullying.

A few months ago, Governor O’Malley and First Lady Katie O’Malley released a video highlighting the dangers of bullying and our efforts in Maryland. In the spirit of Halloween we thought, we would have a little fun and release some of the outtakes.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Governor O’Malley since he was mayor in the city.  And in that time, I’ve been able to see him and Katie in lighter moments. I hope you enjoy this one.
