County Executive Ken Ulman will deliver his seventh State of the County Address to the business community on Thursday, January 31 at Turf Valley in Ellicott City. The speech will be part of a luncheon, sponsored by PNC Bank, which will begin with an hour of networking from 11 a.m. to noon. Lunch will be served at noon and the program will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Each year, the County Executive is welcomed by the Chamber to discuss recent activities in the county government and outline his plans for the year. The audience will include several hundred business and community leaders.
