Ben Cardin (D-MD) is due to visit the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission's Patuxent Water Treatment Plant today at 10 a.m. Cardin is expected to hear about WSSC's efforts to "upgrade both the water and sewer systems, and to discuss federal options for improving our nation’s aging water infrastructure."
