Howard Bank celebrated the opening of its branch in Bel Air with elected officials and other community leaders on May 15, according to President & CEO Mary Ann Scully. The branch is located at 101 North Main Street. Howard Bank has another Harford County branch in Aberdeen at 3 West Bel Air Avenue.
Bel Air Mayor Dr. Robert Reier welcomed Howard Bank to Bel Air and offered remarks, as did Frank K. Turner, Jr., Howard Bank Executive Vice President and Regional Executive for Greater Baltimore.
Dwin Culver is the Bel Air Branch Manager. Harford County Relationship Manager Mara Sierocinski will be the primary business support for the Bel Air branch. She is a member of Howard Bank’s Greater Baltimore Relationship Management Team.

With the addition of the Bel Air branch, Howard Bank has two branches in Harford County, one branch in Anne Arundel County, one branch in Baltimore County and four branches in Howard County.
