Local Pick Up for Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-Op

Have you ever heard of a CSA?  It stands for Community Sustainable Agriculture. It is a great way to support your local farms and receive fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, breads, and many other local goodies. 
I have been part of this CSA for many years and couldn't be happier.  When my old pick up site closed down I decided to host one myself.  Learn more about what a CSA is and how to join at, http://www.lancasterfarmfresh.com/csa/default.  It is a great way to learn about vegetables you have never tried and test out new recipes.  Make sure to sign up for the Laurel pick up site.  I am located in West Laurel close to 95 and 29.
