Trick or Treating

It's time for ghosts, goblins and witches to come out!

It's Halloween and Mayor Moe is looking forard to a fun and safe trick or treating event.

Mayor Moe asks all children to be safe during Trick-or-Treat activities, and requests that parents make sure their children have costumes that will reflect light and be visible in the dark of the early evening hours.  Mayor Moe asks that everyone be on the alert for Trick-or-Treaters in their neighborhood.

Mayor Moe advises residents to leave their porch lights on if they wish to receive Trick-or-Treaters at their homes.
