Where/When: on Friday, Sept. 2, Saturday, Sept. 3, and Sunday, Sept. 4, all day
Why Go: Throughout the month of September, this group is trying to collect 600 pairs of gently used or new sneakers. They want to send them to Perpetual Pumps for Prosperity Foundation, which helps families in Africa. Give your kids a lesson in helping others who are less fortunate and donate some sneakers to this worthwhile cause.
