Severe Storm Warning For Region
Thunderstorms are expected to sweep through Laurel as late as 10 p.m.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Laurel until 10 p.m. tonight.
High winds, hail, and heavy rain could also be expected according to the report. Temperatures in the Laurel area soared above 90 degrees today, though temperatures will drop into the low 80s this evening with the expected showers.
