Easter Egg Hunt

  • Description: Easter Egg Hunt on St. Andrew’s Church lawn. Children of all ages are welcome to hunt for hundreds of eggs.

Arts Drop In: Paper Bag Puppet Party

  • Description: Kids age 2-10 will have an opportunity to come up with paper bag puppets. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Spring Egg Hunt

  • Where: Prince George's Plaza Community Center, 6600 Adelphi Rd., Hyattsville
  • When: Saturday, March 30, 11 a.m.
  • Description: Kids ages 12 and under are invited to participate in activities such as egg dyeing, arts and crafts, games, and face painting and more. The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures along with refreshments and music.

April Foolishness

  • Where: Prince George's Plaza Community Center, 6600 Adelphi Rd, Hyattsville
  • When: Monday, April 1, 6 p.m.
  • Description: Ages 12 and under are welcome to attend for face painting, games, musical chairs, silly food and more.
  • Cost: Free

Greenbelt Museum historic house tours

  • Where: 10 Crescent Rd., Greenbelt
  • When: Sunday, March 31, 1 p.m.
  • Description: The Greenbelt Museum’s historic house is open for tours Sunday 1-5 p.m.
  • Cost: $3

Summer Science Reading Program

  • Where: City of Bowie Gymnasium, 4100 Northview Dr., Bowie
  • When: Saturday, March 30, 10 a.m.
  • Description: The Little Science Readers is designed to encourage active reading and increase interest in science. Students will participate in a five week program where they will read books and engage in activities related to science. Participants will be divided into two groups, beginning readers will be placed with the Adventurers; advanced readers will comprise the Crusaders.

Sport4All Spring Programs

  • Where: City of Bowie Gymnasium, 4100 Northview Dr., Bowie
  • When: Saturday, March 30, 5 p.m.

  • Description: DC Glassworks Spring Open House, visitors are welcome to watch artists blow glass vases bowls, plates, sculptures and more.

Professional Family Photos with the Easter Bunny at The Mall at Prince Georges

  • Where: The Mall At Prince Georges, 3500 E West Hwy., Hyattsville
  • When: Friday, March 29 and Saturday, March 30, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
  • Description: The bunny will be in his springtime home in Center Court from March 16 through March 30.
