Scheer Partners Represents SoBran in Lease Renewal within Burtonsville, MD

Burtonsville, MD (April 22, 2014) – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it has negotiated on behalf of SoBran, Inc. a 2,019-square-foot lease renewal at 4000 Blackburn Drive, a 32,800-square-foot building owned by USA Real Estate-2 LLC Et.al.



In this transaction, Scheer Partners President Robert Scheer and Senior Vice President Matt Brady represented SoBran, which currently has offices in Ohio, Florida, Utah, Virginia and Maryland.



Brady says SoBran desired to maintain an office between Northern Virginia and Baltimore. “SoBran’s office location not only achieves all of their functional requirements, but also keeps them in an excellent location minutes from Interstate 95,” he says.
