Looking for space to share!

My spiritual community is looking for a new home in Laurel, MD (PG county) and I am on the search team! Looking for a space that can seat up to 65 people for a Sunday morning service and available for classes and/or events 1 or 2 evenings per week. Must have some storage space and parking available. We are willing to share the space if anyone is looking to reduce rent. Anyone got any ideas?
