Celebrate the Reopening of Discovery Community Park Playground June 3

The park's playground was destroyed by fire in March.

From the City of Laurel:

Mayor Craig A. Moe is proud to announce that Discovery Community Park has been rebuilt and is open for kids to enjoy. To celebrate this event, Mayor Moe would like to invite the public to Discovery Community Park, located at the corner of Harrison Drive and Greenhill Avenue, on Monday, June 3, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for an evening filled with arts and crafts, playground challenges and free refreshments as supplies last. Your local Officials will also be on hand to fill you in on what’s happening in your community. So mark your calendars and plan on having a blast at the re-opening of Discovery Community Park!
