Cherry Blossoms Tardy to the Party
Cold weather has delayed the arrival of the beloved blooms.
April 3 was supposed to mark the first day of the peak season for the cherry blossoms in the Nation's Capitol, but thanks to a winter that was 13 degrees colder than last year's, very few could be found.
