Thursday: Community Fun Day at Discovery Park

Drop by from 5-7 p.m. for games, crafts, and free refreshments.

From the City of Laurel:

Mayor Craig A. Moe is pleased to announce that city departments are working hard to rebuild the playgrounds that were recently intentionally destroyed by fire. In the meantime, please join us for a Community Fun Day on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Discovery Park, located at Greenhill Avenue and Harrison Drive, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. The evening will be filled with field games, arts and crafts, costume characters and free refreshments as supplies last. Your local Officials will also be on hand to fill you in on what’s happening in your community. So mark your calendars and plan on having fun at your Community Fun Day in the Park.

For more information, please call Pete Piringer, City of Laurel Public Information Officer, at 301-725-5300 ext. 2208.
