We're Merging Laurel Patch and Savage-Guilford Patch!

Hello there, readers! We've got a bit of Patch news to share.

On Thursday, April 18, Laurel Patch and Savage-Guilford Patch will be united into a single combined site. Based on how you, our audience and advertisers, have been using both Patches, it just made good sense to merge them!

Now, instead of having to check two places for the news and information you need from Laurel and Savage-Guilford, you’ll have it all in one location: Laurel Patch.

(In case you're wondering, all future site URLs will start with laurel.patch.com. Any archival links beginning with savage-guilford.patch.com will be redirected to the same content at Laurel Patch.)

Don’t worry: we'll still offer the same great reporting on what's happening in both towns. This is meant to help us provide better coverage of the things that matter to residents of both communities—something we’re always striving to do.
