Bowl For A Cause in Laurel

On Saturday December 21, 2013 from 8-11pm we’ll have a bowling party at the AMF Laurel Lanes. Join us and bring can goods to help stock the food pantry. Let’s help to UPLIFT Laurel. Cost depends on how many games you’d like to bowl.

As part of their annual Holiday Program, Laurel Advocacy & Referral Services, Inc. (LARS) will be putting together meal kits for over 130 families and seniors during Christmas Holiday (in addition to their normal food distribution). This means that they will need lots of extra holiday-specific food: canned yams, cranberry sauce, instant potatoes, gravy, stuffing, cornbread mix, pie filling/desserts, and especially frozen TURKEYS and HAMS.
