Laurel Chapter 422 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees' Association will host a speaker meeting on Nov 6.  Representatives of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and GEHA will address health benefit's Open Season topics including changes in the Federal Employees' Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) and the relationship of FEHBP and Medicare Part B coverage. Light refreshments will be provided after the meeting.
