Savage 7K Run and 1-Mile Historic Walk

SAVAGE 7K RUN and 1-MILE HISTORIC WALK - Sunday, September 22, 2013

Built of stone from the Little Patuxent River bordering Savage, Carroll Baldwin Hall is our 90-year-old Maryland Historic Trust site which still serves as the community center. Funds from last year’s race helped complete lower level renovations. Now we are raising funds for new exterior steps, ramps, and iron railings. Please come for an autumn run or walk through our historic community and enjoy music and homemade treats afterward!

The 7K Run begins at Baldwin Hall in Savage, MD at 8:30 a.m. and runs past Savage Mill, through Savage Park and surrounding neighborhoods before returning to the Hall. The 1-Mile Walk--also at 8:30 a.m.--is a guided tour through historic Savage. This is a Bullseye Running event, sponsored by Road Runner Sports.
