Where: The Shed
When: May 31, 2014 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

This spring, the Maryland Science Center is your place to go to learn the basics of gardening and get your plantings ready for the summer.  A series of urban gardening workshops covering a range of topics are available for you to participate in.

Join the Maryland Science Center in The Shed for a Seed Bombing Workshop, led by the Baltimore Free Farm. A seed bomb is a mixture of clay, compost and seeds formed into balls that can be thrown into abandoned lots, forests, or anywhere you think could use a little more greenery. Participants will make and take home their own bag of seed bombs along with the seed bomb recipe. All materials will be provided.
