Maryland Search and Rescue Meetings
Maryland Search & Rescue is a program for young men and women, aged 14-21 (and adult advisors/participants) that focuses on wilderness, lost-person searching.
Training consists of a number of high-adventure activities, hiking, backpacking, land navigation, all-weather camping, rock climbing, repelling as well as search tactics and first-aid.
Program run by the youth members, providing a great opportunity to learn leadership skills while giving back to the community.
