Restaurant Spotlight: Kloby’s Smokehouse

North Laurel restaurant serves up the treats.

There's something about .

The North Laurel restaurant has been churning out its special blend of Southern style barbeque since 2008 after moving from Baltimore. The restaurant was recently featured in The Washington Post, which highlighted its eclectic take-out and eat-in .

The restaurant, which has a smoker "about a third of the size of a tractor-trailer" according to owner Stephen “Kloby” Klobosits, cooks about 600 pounds of beef brisket each month.
