Maryland is a very unique state. Here in the State they punish citizens who do not violate the law.
Last year the State of Maryland restricted the sale of the AR-15. Our state prior to that already had one of the most controlled laws for fire arms. Still this over-kill of the second amendment still did not reduce the murder rate in the state. Most crime is committed by un-educated people with no jobs and the people who commit these crimes have a rap sheet that is rather long.
There are lots of democrats that are angry about the attack of the 2nd amendment. Bottom line we need serious back ground checks. But to banish a fire arm from the majority of citizens because of no crime that they did. Is a slap in the face to the American people in our State! We need to replace those who have violated the principle of the second amendment. Go after the law breakers and those who should not own a weapon due to a crime, drug or mental history. Repeal this latest attack of the second amendment and start over.
