My Conversation with a tea party guy...

Someone I do know placed a blog with the following title. White House: We’ll Put Illegal Immigrants Wherever We Want, And We Won’t Tell You

So I just had to have this conversation, after all there are folks who believe the President is a communist.

Well let’s see. During the End of Vietnam we allowed of people from South Vietnam come to America, America did not fall apart. We let a lot folks from Cuba come too. Again America did not fall apart. We let people from England, Germany, Italy, Spain, Russia and a host of others. Now we have a bunch of kids fleeing their country because of the cartels. What make these kids so damn different? I use to be on your side, but when it comes to kids, there not adults and to travel the distance they have something in their country is so screwed up kids are getting the hell out. Until that something is addressed the problem will not go away.

Was it chaos? did we let them in or did they storm the border. Anyone and I mean anyone can walk across that border right now, gangster, and terrorist, diseased, not even close to what you described. There us a Legal way to get in this country and many use it, this chaos way undermines those that came legally. Also send me pictures of the 5 you invite into your home when they get here. Liberals always generous with other people's money. Btw, kids? Scary, gang tattoos on their neck and needing a shave. You bought right into the Obama plan use children to further a political agenda, then when they find the parents the children won't be sent back, they will be brought here to be added as citizens, 3 times more takers. Children are not getting here on their own; you think a couple thousand 9 year olds decided one day after a soccer game to sneak across the border..

Me

OK get rid of the one's with tattoos and need to shave what is that 1%. You are correct they are not getting here on there own, so let bomb the trains and set out land mines. You have yet made any logical point from my main point and I will re-state it.........Well let’s see. Kids should with their parents, if the family applied for a visa or work visa and waited their turn fine. Why should they get special treatment over those in Africa, Asia or Europe that can't sneak across the border? Kids don't know politics and some know nothing of the US except what they are told by adults, they know nothing of politics, the younger ones have no agenda, and they are simply being used as pawns by adults with an agenda. The older kids (young adults) are being recruited by gangs, coming here to make the big money through illegal means. As far as Obama's plan or more aptly the political elite's plan, probably different for each. Some maybe hatred of this country and its wealth, some wanting to level the playing field by bringing the US down, some wanting more sheeple, some wanting more Democrats, who knows, I don't get why they bring in more poor when we have enough of our own to take care of.

Me

Ok in that respect I see your point..... So if it was done in a legal way you would not have an issue correct?  (I did like this because we came to an agreement)

Sure to a point, you can't let the whole third world come into this country because they want to, then we would become a third world country. There has to be limits on how many and to be fair to include the rest of this world. Now if flights from Africa, Europe and Asia started coming nonstop loaded with their poor would that be ok as well? There needs to be limitations, we can't handle a huge influx at this time. These countries need to start being responsible and it starts with the very people leaving. Brian's wallet can't stand much more of supporting takers or I will have to flee somewhere.

Puerto Ricans voted in favor of statehood in a non-binding referendum, marking the first time such an initiative garnered a majority. Should Puerto Rico become a state we have lots of industry in that country? Lots of industry there the standard of living is almost on par with the USA in fact much better then allot of southern states. So being your concern is us not becoming a third world nation Puerto Rico is not. Your view on this issue please?

Other Person.

If they want statehood and Congress feels it is in our best interest why not. And they aren’t 3rd world people because they are a US territory receiving US tax dollars. We gave to do what is in our best interest, say Uganda wanted to become a state, might not be advantageous for us.

Me

I agree

Me

I grew up in Florida moved to Maryland when I was 11 joined the Army moved to Texas then back to Florida. I know a hell of allot of people from Cuba and from South America. They work their ass off .Came to our country without a damn dime to their name. I do agree we cannot open the flood gates, but we do need to have more resources for the State Department to process the people in South America who want to come to the USA. At the same time we need to end NAFTA and free trade and add some tariffs. The problem we have in our country is not people wanting to come to the US; it is not enough jobs to cover everyone so the demand for social programs has increased over the past thirty years. We in America, well I will say most do not want People living on the street. The rest do not give a dam no matter what. The direction of our country is not due to people wanting to get out of a hell whole and come to this country that was built from people from all over the world. It is the trade policies that favored dictatorships, communist states and third world nations because industry does not give a damn about freedom but the Dollar. I do not believe in distribution of wealth, but I do believe the redistribution of wealth came after the trade deals, because as industries fled to the dictators here in America the nanny state increased and became dependent on the government. Like I said we do not like people living on the street let alone going without food. This continues cycle has led us to the point where generations depending on the state because of no jobs (this does not apply to disabled folks who have a legitimate reason because of health issues as determined by a doctor not a political party). That is all they know. Now the argument is unions, for the record I have never been in a union, as to why industries left. My counter argument is this. We are a free people and vote for the idiots that go to office, those who say we are a dictatorship is talking out their ass and has no dam clue as to what it is like living in a dictatorship. Industries from all over the world have open shop in dictatorships why. The people cannot protest working conditions or what their worth is as far as pay. Even here in the US even if you do not work for a union you can say screw you or ask for the pay you want. But the problem we have is more people than jobs, and this would still be the problem even if people were no coming to the border. SO the issue of people crossing the border is just a band aid and not the core reason to our economic problem. Had these failed trade deals not have taken place, more people would be working, less people in need of help and we would be better off. If the energy from the folks that are flipping out about id at the border were also flipping out as to how we got to this point in our country the direction of changing this issue of jobs would be pointing in a right direction. So no I am not too damn worried about kids coming to the border. I am worried about more industry setting up shop in a communist state that in the end will take over most industries. Then you will have a dictatorship that is more powerful than freedom.
Fred it is not some kid from South America that is the problem. It is Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, most of the Middle East….
