Anne Arundel County Police Search for Armed Robber

Anne Arundel County Police continue to search for a man who robbed a Red Crown Inn near Laurel late last night.

According to police, the incident happened along the 3400 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road at about 9:51 p.m.  According to police, the suspect entered the motel, displayed a handgun and demanded money from an employee.  The suspect then fled the scene.  Officers who responded to calls searched the area were unable to locate the suspect.
