Strange that McLeod is listed as being from Columbia. His five prior (unsealed) court cases indicate his address as being in the 7000 block of Stallings Dr in Glen Burnie, not anywhere near Columbia. His father must be Ronald Lee McLeod, Sr., who does have an address on Gray Sea Dr in Columbia, but he seems to be a truck driver, based on his traffic citation for driving an over-weight tandem vehicle in Frederick County. It's possible junior changed addresses to his father's house in Columbia, but it's a trucker is usually gone a bit much to really be able to keep track of a kid, especially when that kid has an history of disregarding suspensions and probation on his learner's permit and license. Note that McLeod just turned 18 a month ago, so any criminal cases in which he might have been involved in the past would almost certainly be sealed. Court records for Ronald Lee McLeod, Jr. (all those w/ birth year 1994): http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiry-results.jsp?action=Search&d-16544-s=7&filingDate=&filingStart=&courtSystem=B&firstName=RONALD&filingEnd=&d-16544-o=1&lastName=MCLEOD&company=N&site=00&partyType=&d-16544-p=1&countyName=&middleName=L Savage's address is in Glen Burnie. He has a criminal record a mile long, including armed robbery, 1st and 2nd degree assault, credit card theft, multiple carjackings, reckless endangerment, malicious destruction of property, and more. And that's just what has happened since he turned 18 less than a year ago.

It never ceases to amaze me when looking up alleged offenders how many already have a list some long some not so long that are nolle prossed. I'm all for second chances, but, seriously??? why are so many receiving less than a slap on the wrist?

Whatever it was .. was it really that serious? Couldn't a beef be settled? Why take someone's else's life .. and in turn your own. There is no getting away with anything these days .. technology is too sophiscated for that. These young men were just children a few years ago .. it's a hard way to feel you have to become a man!
