A nighttime fire broke out at a townhouse in Laurel and left two people injured, according to reports.
The incident happened shortly before 10 p.m. Monday along the 14900 block of Ashford Place. According to reports, the fire began in the basement. Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the blaze.
Two people were being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
