Weekend Fire at Tastee Diner

Late Friday fire briefly closes diner.

Firefighters responded to a one-alarm blaze at the in Laurel late Friday.

The incident happened along the 100 block of Washington Blvd. According to a fire official at the scene, the fire was under control within 20 minutes. The official cause of the fire is still under investigation.
