PHOTOS: Police Seek Help in Identifying Burglary Suspect

Police ask anyone with information to contact the anonymous tip line.

Howard County Police Department officials released two photos of a suspect they say was involved in two North Laurel burglaries earlier this month. They want the public's help in identifying the man.

Police spokesperson Elizabeth Schroen said a suspect broke the front glass doors of a Chick-Fil-A on Johns Hopkins Road and a La Palapa Too on Montpelier Road in the early hours of Sept. 1, stealing cash from the Chick-Fil-A and attempting to break into a cash box at La Palapa Too.

The photos released by the department are from a nearby Exxon gas station, and police said they are of the same person who committed the burglaries. Police describe the man as a tall white male with short brown hair and a receding hair line who was wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt, shorts and white tennis shoes.

Police said anyone with information can call 410-313-STOP and may remain anonymous.
