Police Arrest Perfume Bandit

The teen brandished a knife after allegedly lifting bottles of perfume from the Kohl's department store.

Anne Arundel County police have arrested a man believed to be responsible for the theft of $800 worth of perfumes and colognes Saturday evening from the near Laurel, according to WBAL TV.

According to reports, Justin Duran Laughlin, 19, of Laurel, was arrested over the weekend after a loss prevention officer observed him leaving the store with perfumes and not paying, police said. Police said he brandished a knife after an officer approached him leaving the store. They later tracked him to his home based on information from a prior incident, according to WBAL.
