Police Charge Suspect in Thursday's Shooting on Route 1
The suspect eluded officers six times before being apprehended in College Park.
The 21-year-old gunman from , who eluded officers six times before he was apprehended, was on PCP, according to Asst. Chief Kevin Davis with the Prince George's County Police Department.
Davis identified the gunman as Andre McKoy. McKoy's mother initially called 911 at 10:21 p.m. stating her son was high on PCP, acting irrationally and armed with a firearm, according to Davis.
