Several Break-Ins, Appliance Thefts: Howard County Crime Roundup

The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

North Laurel: Break-In

Between 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on March 2, an unknown number of suspects kicked in the door of a residence on the 9800 block of Barrel House Road and stole laptops.

Columbia: Construction Break-In

Between March 3 and March 5, an unknown number of suspects removed the lock of a construction trailer at Hampton Inn, on the 7000 block of Minstrel Way, stealing two generators and a cordless drill set.

Columbia: Break-In

Between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on March 5, an unknown number of suspects entered a residence on the 5400 block of Columbia Road and stole jewelry.

Clarksville: Break-In

On Jan. 15, an unknown number of suspects entered a vacant residence on the 12200 block of Running Fence Lane and stole a mini fridge. Police said the incident was late reported.

Columbia: Break-In

Shortly after 7 p.m. on March 3, an unknown number of suspects kicked in the door of a residence on the 8400 block of Lark Brown Road, stealing jewelry and cash.

Columbia: Break-In

Between 5 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. on March 2, an unknown number of suspects entered the rear doors on the second floor of a residence on the 6100 block of Little Foxes Run, stealing computers, cash, jewelry and a government ID badge.

Ellicott City: Break-In

Between Feb. 20 and Feb. 25, an unknown number of suspects entered the garage of a residence on the 10200 block of Raleigh Tavern Lane and stole a set of golf clubs.

Clarksville: Break-In

Shortly after 9 p.m. on March 2, a victim reported cash missing from his wallet and believes a suspect may have broke into the residence on the 5800 block of Silent Sun Place.

North Laurel: Break-In

Between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on March 2, an unknown number of suspects pried open the front door of a residence on the 9600 block of Covered Wagon Drive, stealing a television and laptops.

Columbia: Break-In

Shortly after 2 p.m. on March 4, an unknown number of suspects smashed the rear sliding glass door of an apartment on the 6500 block of Quiet Hours and stole cash.

Columbia: Vehicle Theft

Shortly after 10 p.m. on March 5, a green 1999 Honda Accord with MD tags 9AJ8818 was stolen from the Macy's parking lot at the Mall in Columbia, on the 10300 block of Little Patuxent Parkway.
