Laurel Police Chief Announces Advisory Committee Members

Chief's Citizens Advisory Committee For Ward 1.

A citizens advisory committee to the Laurel Police Department has begun filling its ranks, announced Police Chief Richard McLaughlin.

This week McLaughlin announced appointees to the Chief’s Citizens Advisory Committee for Ward 1: Thomas Whitling, Christopher DePasquale, Brian Coyle, Joanie Cerimele, Rick Nakroshis, Janis Robison and LaAngel Hall. Each have volunteered to serve for two-years.

The department has made a push to better engage residents over the last year. Positions for the Ward 1 committee are still available. Positions in Ward 2 are being finalized.
