SPEAK OUT: Best Speaker of Tuesday's DNC's Opening Night Lineup?

Minorities and women were perhaps the best represented they have ever been during the opening night of the Democratic National Convention (DNC), but a well-rounded line-up of speakers, including Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley, also took the stage to whip the delegates into an election-time frenzy.

We want to know who you think did the best job to represent the Democratic Party during Tuesday’s speeches:

• San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro – The first ever Hispanic keynote speaker (who occupied the same slot that Barack Obama rode to notoriety at the 2004 DNC.
• Massachusetts governor Deval Patrick, who took one of the evening’s first major shots at Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
• Former actor Kal Penn, with a nod to Clint Eastwood’s Empty chair rant at the Republican National Convention.
• Newark Mayor Corey Booker, who equated taxing the rich to help defray the cost of two wars to “patriotism.”
• Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley with a message of “Moving Forward” rather than the Republicans’ desire to “Take America Back.”
• Ohio Governor Ted Strickland who offered one of the most Twitter-friendly lines of the evening “If Mitt was Santa Claus, he’d fire the reindeer and outsource the elves."
• Michelle Obama’s impassioned vow that her husband would continue the fight to allow ordinary people a chance to succeed.
