The following academic honors were recently received by students from Laurel:
- Philip Chu of Laurel was named to the Dean's List at The State University of New York at Geneseo for the fall semester. To be on the list, a student must have achieved a 3.5 grade point average while taking at least 12 credit hours.
- Cary Caprio, a 2012 graduate of St. Vincent Pallotti High School, made the Dean's List at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) for the fall semester. To be on the list, a student must have a GPA of 3.5 or above. Caprio is studying philosophy.
