- Description: Horseshoe Contest @ Gude Park (Laurel Lakes)

- Description: Kids ages 2-10 are invited to enjoy a seasonal puppet show and meet a live animal.

- When: Saturday, July 6, 10 – 11 a.m.
- Description: Visitors are invited to join a naturalist and enjoy a seasonal hike looking for wildlife and plant life. Recommended for ages: 4 & up
- Cost: Resident $2; Non-Resident $3
Summer Family Fun Day at the Steppingstone Farm Museum
- Where: 461 Quaker Bottom Road, Havre De Grace
- When: Sunday, July 7, 11 a.m.
- Description: Event featuring things with wheels. Family fun including lawnmower racing, a car and motorcycle show, an ice cream eating contest, face painting, kids crafts and games and much more.
- Cost: $5
- Where: Davies Memorial Unitarian Universalist Church, 7400 Temple Hill Road, Temple Hills
- When: Each first Saturday of the month from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m.
- Description: Fish Fry lunch and Blues Jam. Fried fish (2 large filets), french fries, coleslaw, and other selections. Bring your instrument for our open mic / blues jam.
- Cost: Suggested donation is $10 for a plate
- Where: Allen Pond Park, Robert V. Setera Amphitheater, 3330 Northview Drive, Bowie
- When: Sunday, July 7, 7 – 8 p.m.
- Description: Sunset concert featuring David Bach.
- Cost: Free
- Where: Town Green Park, 13090 9th Street, Bowie
- When: Saturday, July 6, 2 p.m.
- Description: Summer concert. Concert goers should bring a blanket or chair.
- Cost: Free
