The Laurel Meat Market does indeed have great beef and portk products, some of the best in the area! But, after asking a few questions when at the meat counter, it is not a real butcher store. The bulk pork sausage they season at the store. I asked if they get the meats from a local farm and the answer was no, Nebraska. Don't know if The Laurel Meat market buys direct from Farmers or not, since this is vaugue I don't know whether any of the meats come from farms. I do know it's good quality. Wish there was more information for their customers, I 've been buy from them for 1 year.
