You can't blamed it on parents, these kids are out of control. My 14 yrs old girl sneaked out at nights when I'm asleep. I'm a divorced mom, and also a working mom. The laws need to be toughter on kids. Also it's an epidemic in this country where kids get away with alot of crime because they're young.
