J.C. Penney Airing Apology on TV, Facebook and YouTube

J.C. Penney has begun airing a video apologizing to customers for its recent changes in the way it does business—changes that it concedes alienated many of its most loyal customers.  The company's ill-advised shift away from discounts and loyal brands could be compared to the New Coke debacle of 1985, a series of security slip-ups by Facebook and the BP Gulf oil spill, according to Bloomberg news. The article details the changes instituted by former CEO Ron Johnson who is blamed for losing the retail titan nearly $1 billion ($985 million) in his one-year tenure. 13-Year-Old Among Those Charged in Serial Howard County Burglaries

One 13-year-old, two 14-year-olds and a 17-year-old are believed to be involved with a string of burglaries that began in November, police said.

  Four Columbia teens were charged this week in a string of 16 commercial burglaries at Howard County businesses, including a recent jewelry store burglary in which a neighboring business had its wall sledgehammered to gain entry. Of those charged, one is 13-years-old, two are 14, and one is 17, according to police. Police said the juveniles colluded with Charles Rodriguez, a 24-year-old Columbia man, who was charged with selling their stolen merchandise after one of the incidents. Police said they believe the teens are responsible for a Jan. 22 burglary in which the suspects broke a back window at Concentra Urgent Care on Dobbin Road, then sledgehammered through a wall of the business to enter J&D Jewelry, where they stole an undetermined…

You can't blamed it on parents, these kids are out of control. My 14 yrs old girl sneaked out at nights when I'm asleep. I'm a divorced mom, and also a working mom. The laws need to be toughter on kids. Also it's an epidemic in this country where kids get away with alot of crime because they're young.
