Police say the shooting occurred early Sunday at the Taco Bell on Minstrel Way.
Police are investigating a shooting that left a Taco Bell manager in critical condition after he was shot several times outside his business, according to a Howard County police press release. Police said they responded to the 7100 block of Minstrel Way at 12:50 a.m. on Sunday for a person who had been shot. An investigation revealed that the Taco Bell manager was confronted by two unknown male subjects outside of the store who then began shooting at him, police said. According to the release, the manager was struck several times, but was able to make it back into the Taco Bell. Howard County police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that happened Wednesday, according to a statement from the police department. Police responded to a call for assistance from Sam's Mart in the 5800 block of Stevens Forest Road around 8:30 p.m. Jan. 11 after the victim entered the store. Marcus Lee, 20, of Columbia went into the store and said he had been shot. He was taken to Baltimore's R Adams Cowley Shcok Traume Center, where his medical condition was reported to be stabilized as of Thursday morning, according to the police statement.
