2nd Annual Clyde’s of Columbia Fall Craft Beer Tasting Festival Where: Clyde’s of Columbia Lakefront Pavilion, Downtown Columbia When: Saturday, Oct. 6 from 2-7 p.m. Why go: Clyde’s is partnering with over 20 different craft breweries to showcase fall beers from around the country in addition to providing a wide selection of its Oktoberfest-style food, such as knockwurst, bratwurst and pretzels. Ellicott City Fall and Music Festival Where: Main Street, Ellicott City When: Saturday, Sept. 29 from noon to 7 p.m. in the city's Historic District Why to go: This year's Fall Festival will not only feature family friendly activities such as pumpkin decorating, face painting and a moon bounce, but also a 53-band music festival. The bands will begin between noon and 1 p.m. on indoor and outdoor stages and will play throughout the day.
