Update - 6:34 p.m. - A tornado watch has been issued for Prince George's County, as well as Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Carrol, Charles and Harford counties. The watch is in effect until 2 a.m. A wind advisory is also in effect through 6 a.m. on Thursday morning. Winds of 25 to 35 mph, with gusts of 45 to 50 mph, are predicted.
