UPDATE: Tornado Watch Issued for Pr. George's

As much as one to three inches of rain could fall during an evening rainstorm.

Update - 6:34 p.m. - A tornado watch has been issued for Prince George's County, as well as Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Carrol, Charles and Harford counties. The watch is in effect until 2 a.m. A wind advisory is also in effect through 6 a.m. on Thursday morning. Winds of 25 to 35 mph, with gusts of 45 to 50 mph, are predicted. Additionally, a flash flood watch is in effect through the evening.  Original article - A strong cold front coming through the area is bringing the risk of heavy rains, gusting winds and flash floods, according to The National Weather Service (NWS). The agency is predicting a 90 percent chance of rain in Prince George's County Wednesday night, and possibly thunderstorms. Temperatures will drop to the low 40s …
