There aren't that many people enrolled in Healthy Howard to make a difference. I belive they have less than 700 members. Reardless, taxpayers throw about $500K a year at that disgrace of a program. It is a total failure.

ReplyHow many people even ask how much a procedure costs prior to getting it? Probably few. The more expensive the region, the more insured people you have, I suspect.

A school official confirmed that Jason Bulmer is a senior. He is not in 10th grade. I do think the Howard County School System is partly to blame for this. How can a girl so troubled not be identified by teachers?
None of this really makes sense, I'm sure there's more bombshells to come. Very sad.
