Investigators Seek Clues in South Laurel Killings; $25,000 Reward Offered

Police are still working to identify a suspect and motive in last week's incident.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the twin killings of Tina Lynn Towler and James Vell Ferguson, the South Laurel couple found slain in their apartment last Thursday.

According to police, a nurse who cares for Towler's severely disabled daughter discovered their bodies when she arrived at their home in the 9600 block of Muirkirk Road that morning.

Towler, 45, and Ferguson, 42, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
